Why Tai Chi is the most underrated workout for reducing stress & improving sleep


There was an interesting article on NBC News on the benefits of Tai Chi for stress management. After a little background on Tai Chi, the article talks about a study where researchers found that "participants who practiced Tai Chi regularly had a decreased rate of mortality". It goes on to reference studies of patients with osteoarthritis, and their improved symptoms and balance after practicing Tai Chi for only 12 weeks. Read the article here.
