Why Tai Chi is the most underrated workout for reducing stress & improving sleep
There was an interesting article on NBC News on the benefits of Tai Chi for stress management. After a little background on Tai Chi, the article talks about a study where researchers found that "participants who practiced Tai Chi regularly had a decreased rate of mortality".
