Iron Thread


Iron Thread practice has been added to our Tai Chi classes over the past few months. This is an incredibly powerful Niei Chi exercise that simply has to be practiced to be appreciated. Several students have asked for more information on the set, and so here is a reference I've mentioned in class: Tiet Sin Kuen. The postures are the same as we practice in class, although not in the same sequence. The descriptions are somewhat arduous, but for those who want the detail in writing, here it is.
