Elmira Karate Summer Camp
Karate, Sports, and Summer Fun
July 22-26 & August 12-16
This camp is for all 8-12 year olds. No karate experience is required.
Half days will be dedicated to martial arts instructions including karate, kobudo (traditional weapons), jiu jitsu, and basic self-defence. We will also play various related games including board breaking and gun defences (with water guns of course)! The remainder of the days will include a variety of fun crafts, sports, and games.
Current Karate Students
This camp is for all current White Heron Martial Arts students with all levels of experience.
Participants will receive daily martial arts instructions in karate, kobudo (weapons), jiu jitsu, and basic self-defence. We will also play various related games including board breaking and gun defences (with water guns of course)!
These five days of immersion training are sure to fast-track all students who participate. In addition to belt-relevant material, students will have the opportunity to learn advanced and foreign techniques and forms.
All camps will take place outside the Woolwich Memorial Center. In case of rain, we will move indoors. The drop off is between 8:30 and 9 am, with pickup between 4 and 4:30 pm. Organized activities run 9 to 4. The
price is $275 + tax, and includes a free special summer camp karate belt. For participants who attend multiple weeks, subsequent weeks are only $250 + tax.
Let us know as soon as possible to reserve your spot. Students must pre-register by June 1st ($50 deposit) to guarantee a spot and a summer camp belt.
